2021 Builders' Leadership Course
This fall, The Builders’ Association is bringing back its popular leadership course that helps build the industry’s future by investing in our people.
The Builders’ Leadership Course polishes the basics of communicating and dealing with people — the two greatest challenges every leader faces. This is a different type of educational program, not just in topic, but in delivery method. Unlike lecture and discussion-style classrooms, The Builders’ Leadership Course is anchored in action, allowing participants to practice on the job and report on outcomes. WHEN: The following Mondays; Oct. 18, Nov. 1, Nov. 15, Nov. 29 and Dec. 13 | 12:30 p.m.
