Contract Documents: Jefferson City

This class will provide information about contract forms and documents. It will explain the roles and responsibilities of all contracted parties, to develop an understanding of how contract documents can be helpful to solve problems and resolve conflicts. Topics include:

  • Introduction to contract documents and construction law
  • Contract forms and documents
  • Managing general conditions
  • Changes to the contract
  • ConsensusDocs 200 Standard Agreement and General Conditions Between Owner and Contractor
