Joshua follows generations of construction experience and has delivered many disciplines over the years. After completing a Construction Management degree, Joshua worked with the Swinerton Builders Mass Timber division, initiating the Virtual Design & Construction team. His role included BIM coordination, detailing for mass timber, concrete, and structural steel as well as training and supervising other detailers and overseeing fabrication quality control.
