Everyone related to the construction process has incentive to get the project done faster and at a lower cost. Lean Construction is based on the holistic pursuit of continuous improvements aimed at minimizing costs and maximizing value on a construction project: planning, design, construction, activation, operations, maintenance, salvaging, and recycling.

To help contractors develop the knowledge needed to build Lean, the Associated General Contractors of America developed the Lean Construction Education Program. Construction professionals at all experience levels, will learn the building blocks necessary to transform their projects and companies into a Lean operating system.

The AGC Certificate of Management-Lean Construction (CM-Lean) is an assessment-based certificate credential that denotes knowledge and understanding of concepts related to lean adoption, practice and process transformation outlined in AGC’s Lean Construction Education Program. Successful candidates will carry the CM-Lean designation.

Eligibility Requirements: CM-Lean candidates must successfully complete the seven Lean Construction Education Program courses, provide AGC with record of completion and have an approved application in advance of exam administration. The CM-Lean exam is now available to all eligible candidates.

Unit 1: Monday, 1/8/2018, 1 PM - 5 PM, $150 member and $250 nonmember
Unit 2: Tuesday, 1/9/2018, 8 AM - 12 PM, $150 member and $250 nonmember
Unit 3: Tuesday, 1/9/2018, 1 PM - 5 PM, $150 member and $250 nonmember
Unit 4: Wednesday, 1/10/2018, 8 AM - 12 PM, $150 member and $250 nonmember
Unit 6: Wednesday, 1/10/2018, 1 PM - 5 PM, $150 member and $250 nonmember
Unit 5: Thursday, 1/11/2018, 8 AM - 5 PM,  $300 member and $500 nonmember
Unit 7: Friday, 1/12/2018, 8 AM - 5 PM,  $300 member and $500 nonmember

Includes breakfast and lunch Tuesday through Friday and the required participant's manual for each unit.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be given to cancellations made 14 calendar days prior to each class. After such time, no refunds will be given. Replacements are acceptable.
We reserve the right to cancel programs up to 10 days prior to start date if a minimum number of attendees is not met.
