Developing your employees’ professional and people skills is important for the continuing success of your organization. CLC members learn from programs, courses, and community service projects that are all designed to improve job related capabilities and leadership ability. The seminars, education, and charitable events encourage professionals to establish industry wide contacts that can stimulate professional and business development.

Your CLC membership is an individual membership that is active for one calendar year. If your company is an AGC, Kansas City Chapter member, your dues for the full year are $60. If your company is not an AGC member, but a member of The Builders' Association, your dues for the full year will be $120. Members will receive The Builders’ Association’s quarterly Modern Builder Magazine; email notification to all CLC and education programs; and discounted rates to CLC events.
