Why Join?
Developing the professional and people skills of younger persons in your company is important for the continuing success of your organization.  CLC members learn from programs, courses, and community service projects that are all designed to improve job related capabilities and leadership ability.  The seminars, education, and charitable events encourage young professionals to establish industry-wide contacts that can stimulate professional and business development.

Our Goals
Professional Development
The Construction Leadership Council is dedicated to providing quality education programs to our members.  Industry professionals are invited to speak to us regarding leadership as well as issues that are timely and important to the way contractors do business.

Networking and Social Events
CLC gives young professionals many opportunities to network with peers and members of other industry organizations through our many social events such as jobsite tours and happy hours, as well as our annual bowling, Royals and T-Bones Nights.

Community Projects
The Kansas City CLC is proud to benefit the community by taking on small projects at the Sherwood Center, which provides educational and therapeutic services for children and adults with autism.

The Future of AGC
The Construction Leadership Council functions as a place for young professionals to network and receive support. At the same time, it aids the industry by highlighting its future leaders, supporters and voice.
