Lunch & Learn: Improving Productivity with Technology

Productivity has declined in the construction industry by more than 9% over the last fifty years. Only recently has technology and process started to provide the tools to combat this worrisome trend. In this session, Kelly Cole from PlanGrid and two PlanGrid customers will discuss how to assess and overcome project and company productivity challenges, improving project margins and on-time delivery. First, PlanGrid will present a basic toolkit for helping companies self- assess their productivity scorecard and talk about the landscape of tools available to help improve productivity. Next, there will be a panel discussion with customers discussing their own journey and specific outcomes.
