All software used on this site is the property of The Builders’ Association and/or the KC-AGC or its software suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. The content and software on this site is to be used solely for providing information regarding The Builders’ Association and the KC-AGC to Users of this site. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance of the content on this site is strictly prohibited.
2. Provision of Data. If the User of this site provides any data to The Builders’ Association or the KC-AGC, whether by using this site or otherwise, the User warrants that such data is accurate and current, and that he or she is authorized to provide such data. Remedies. If a User of this site breaches any of these terms and conditions, The Builders’ Association and the KC-AGC may, in addition to any other remedies available at law or equity, deny the User access to this web site and disable any User name / ID or password associated with such User.

General. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Missouri without reference to it rules relating to conflicts of law. The User consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri. Any waiver or amendment of any disclaimers, terms and conditions will be effective only if signed by The Builders’ Association and the KC-AGC and the failure of The Builders’ Association and the KC-AGC to exercise or enforce any term or condition shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Builders’ Association and the KC-AGC reserve the right to make changes to this web site and these terms and conditions at any time.
